REFUND POLICY

Custom-Made Products
All our doors and windows are custom-made to your exact specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders once production has commenced.

Exceptions
We will provide a full refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Products arrive damaged or defective
- Manufacturing defects or errors
- Products do not match the agreed specifications

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for inspection and provide a replacement or full refund.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellation fees may apply depending on the production stage.
