  • Flexible financing options through approved partners

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
  • Prices may vary based on product specifications, size, and installation requirements
  • Final pricing will be confirmed in your quote following a free survey
  • Payment is required before installation commences
  • Financing options are subject to credit approval

4. Orders and Lead Times

  • Standard lead time is 4-6 weeks from order confirmation
  • Custom orders may require additional time
  • We will notify you of any delays
  • Installation dates are scheduled after product delivery

5. Installation Services

  • Professional installation is included in Supply & Fit packages
  • Installation includes removal and disposal of old doors/windows
  • Access to the property must be provided on the scheduled installation date
  • Any structural issues discovered during installation may incur additional costs

6. Warranties

  • All products come with manufacturer warranties
  • Installation workmanship is guaranteed
  • Warranty terms will be provided with your order

7. Returns and Cancellations

  • Made-to-measure products cannot be returned unless faulty
  • Cancellations must be made in writing
  • Cancellation fees may apply for custom orders
  • Your statutory rights are not affected

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
